The film industryis an area that most indivuduals typically tag as not likely to be penetrated. People mock you and say “The best of luck to you,” if you inform them of your plan. “It is not about the knowledge that you have; it’s about your links; and you don’t have any.” It’s a reality that artistic professions are extremely difficult to get into. As opposed to our equivalents in the business industry, like attorneys and accountants (who already have a precise idea on what steps to undertake to be accomplished), the movie sector has no assurance and no specific procedures on how to be triumphant. Film professionals are completely on their own when discovering a path to success and it can be very overwhelming, especially since no two career paths are alike.  To make things worse, you won’t come across a lot of support out there, in fact, people will tend to try to ruin your dreams and make you think twice before going for it. There are various explanations why people tend to do this to you, but not all are done with malevolence. People who are precious to your heart, such as your family and peers, will try their best to save you from disappointment. They love you and they do not wish to see you experiencing a hard time. What they fail to comprehend is what you require from them is their aid. Some people will be jealous of your valor because they always dreamed of doing it, but never did. They will make it sound like the film world is entirely unjust and only a  few realize success. Worst of all, some people are just simply salty. They may have stumbled upon disappointments in their undertakings and make it a point that if they weren’t able to get what they wanted, they would not allow anyone to be successful as well. If you plan to pursue your dream in the film industry, you have to be armed for situations that may create a negative impact to you and may discourage you from continuing. Here is my theory on hard-to-break-into industries: the more rivalry the more saltiness; the more saltiness the more hopeless people feel; the more hopeless they feel the less they try; and the less they try the easier it is for a truly focused person to succeed. I honestly believe that the film industry has not become harder to break into, but easier. Through peril and weakness, top people attain the verge of success.
