Bradford City fans film to be shown tomorrow for final time
A fan-made film charting the road to Wembley for scores of Bradford City supporters will be shown at the National Media Museum for a final time tomorrow after a mistake during the Boxing Day screening.
The 13-minute movie We Made History – The Fans, which has been pieced entirely from mobile phone clips sent in by supporters, was not shown as planned after a screening of It’s A Wonderful Life on December 26.
Later, director David Nowakowski tweeted: “Apologies to anyone expecting to see the short film after It’s A Wonderful Life. We have spoken with the National Media Museum who will be resolving the issue in the new year. Thank you for everyone’s support and we apologise for the misunderstanding.”
A National Media Museum spokesman was unable to confirm what the error was, but said there would now be a screening for those who bought tickets for the Boxing Day showing at Pictureville at 4pm on Thursday.
